The Colonial Bank Centre (formerly BB&T Bank) is a 24,000 SF 4-story, multi-tenant office building in Destin's growing east side.  The client wanted a statement building that stood out from the typical neo-Mediterranean architecture typical of most new development in the area. The building makes the most of a small site with efficient design.
